The fitness instructor told how easy it is to give up high-calorie sweets when losing weight.
"Giving up sweets is not the only condition for losing weight. To do this, you need to monitor the amount of food and exercise," the fitness instructor wrote.
How to replace sweets to give them up for good
- Reduce the amount of sweet gradually. If you eat three cakes a day, first remove one from the diet, then two, and then refuse completely.
- Replace packaged juices and sugary drinks with water or tea.
- Use sweeteners. They give a sweet taste, but do not contain calories.
- Reduce the number of products that contain industrial sugar: cookies, chocolates, candies.
- Eat more protein and vegetables.
