There are people who have no time to rest during pandemic. Bronson is one of them. Apart from music career, he is the host of F*ck That’s Delicious show on Viceland. Recently he also released a new album “Only For Dolphins” and created a new fragrance for men. And that’s not all. In 2020, he decided to change his lifestyle dramatically. Coronavirus pandemic brought losses all around the world and Bronson is not an exception. After losing money and a notable amount of work, he decided to concentrate on his own health. In one of his videos, Bronson said that he was literally on his way to the graveyard. Every time he updates new videos and posts, he lifts weights or does cardio workouts. His fitness journey started on 6 June. He also highlighted that he wants to change his habits and overall lifestyle for the family.
From a very young age, Action Bronson was a fan of Strongman competitions and started lifting weights when he was only 13. Things changed, however. Exercises and intense workouts became a necessity.
“It’s gone beyond love. It’s just, I need it”, - says Bronson.
In one of his Instagram posts, rapper disclosed that he lost 80 pounds in 5 months. Not too shabby, isn’t it?
“I deserve to have a hot bod. I’m 283 down 80lbs from a whopping 363 and still going strong. Give yourself the flowers. Terminator in the making.”

His daily routine is quite busy and steady. Bronson wakes up at 4 am and then goes to the gym. His diet incudes vegetables and low-carb products. He particularly enjoys eating lots of broccoli and wild rice.

Keep in mind that weight loss might take a while, so be patient and don't go overboard!
